Owner’s Project Manager: Compass Project Management

Construction of a new 113,000 SF Grades K- 5 Elementary School. Project to include but not be limited to parking lots, access roads and walkways, a soccer field, a little league baseball field, an outdoor classroom, and a playground to support the new school building. The project also includes the demolition of the existing Hanlon Elementary School.

The construction timeline for Phase 1 & 2 has the new building complete and ready for students in February 2024.

Phase 3 & 4 Work to be completed by August 2024
