The Scope includes the construction of a parking garage within the building footprint, accessible on the ground floor, over which the academic space is constructed. Construction duration is approximately 32 months, in one phase. The scope also includes coordination with existing/new site utilities; existing utilities servicing abutting properties must be maintained during construction.
