The New Penn Brook Elementary School project will consist of the construction of a new 98,000 square foot elementary schoolfor 720 students, grades K through 6, with a total construction budget of approximately $36.9million. The project will be built adjacent to the existing Penn Brook Elementary School at Elm Street, Georgetown, MA.
