In August 2019, Brait Builders Corporation transitioned into an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As part of being an ESOP, Brait Builders offers employees ownership stakes in the company. While our management and internal structure remain the same, we are excited about the newest phase of our company.

Brait Builders Corporation started as a first-generation, family-owned general contracting business founded by four brothers in 1993. The Brait Brothers have spent their lives in the construction industry, working on every facet of building projects. For the Brait brothers, building is in the blood. Gaining experience working for builders in the Greater Boston area, the brothers saw a pressing need for a contracting corporation that would more efficiently coordinate the roles of subcontractors, engineers, and architects.
This experience has fueled their passion to create a truly unique company. Brait Builders prides itself on delivering superior work, completed ahead of schedule, while skillfully adapting to clients’ needs. Brait Builders tackles each project with an unwavering commitment to excellence, and one overriding goal: to create a valued relationship with our clients.
Brait Builders is under the ownership and operation of Kaitlin Johnson, President. Kait has been with Brait Builders since 2010 and continues the legacy of the founding partners by having a strong understanding of the tried and true methodology of Brait Builders.
