Brait Builders was awarded the completion contract for Norfolk County Agricultural High School. The project was awarded in February of 2014 and completed less than six months later.

Brait Builders Corporation was engaged by Arch Insurance Company to complete this contract after their insured went out of business. The project was approximately 1 year behind schedule. Brait Builders Corporation completed the project on time and without any liquidated damages.

Brait Builders Corporation was awarded the completion contract for the Pompo Center Elementary School project in July, 2012. This 98,000 square foot  project brings the elementary students from three buildings currently separated by grade levels, to unite them in one central location. A comprehensive renovation of a beloved school building along with substantial new construction will serve the united PreK through grade five population. The school design responds to 21st Century pedagogy with: multiple breakout spaces; L- shaped classrooms, numerous specialty classrooms and use of widened corridors for teaching and learning.

Brait Builders was awarded the completion contract for Sutton Middle High School in March of 2014. The job was completed in 2015 to high praises from the Town of Sutton. “We are going from the absolute worst contractor to the absolute best.” - John Couture, Sutton Building Commissioner.
